Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds, all products sold by Fount Research are subject to strict quality control and chain-of-custody standards.

For this reason, returns are not accepted once products have been shipped.

Research peptides and laboratory materials cannot be returned or restocked after leaving our facility.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect item received
• Damaged product upon arrival
• Missing items from an order
• Verified manufacturing defect

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo evidence if applicable

Once the issue has been reviewed, our team will determine whether a replacement product or refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Improper storage or handling after delivery
• Customer misuse of products
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Fount Research reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
